3. Client Obligations

To ensure high-performing operational delivery, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, verified brand insights, current operational configurations, and prompt creative feedback during project windows.
• Maintain full accountability for all activity originating from internal portals, platform logins, or client dashboard profiles.
• Abstain from using our proprietary assets to run deceptive marketing operations, spam systems, or violations of advertising laws.

4. Intellectual Property Rights

All core infrastructure, website templates, text copies, graphics, interface mechanics, software architecture, and codebase developments displayed on this platform remain the exclusive property of AutusMarketing.

Upon final payment confirmation for designated client work, structural assets created explicitly for your campaigns transfer ownership to your enterprise, subject to any pre-existing software framework or platform licenses.

5. Limitation of Liability

AutusMarketing and its partners shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, structural, or consequential damages—including, but not limited to, loss of profits, unexpected algorithm penalty impacts, ad network policy rejections, or server downtime—arising out of your engagement with our platforms.

6. Term & Termination

We reserve the complete right to terminate your account access or suspend marketing delivery immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these terms or clear financial engagement expectations.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be interpreted and enforced under the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any legal actions or proceedings must be initiated exclusively in courts located within New York County.
